Disha Katyal is a self-taught, Vancouver-based artist whose work explores the intersections of culture, spirituality, and feminine identity. Drawing inspiration from her Delhi roots and upbringing in Vancouver, she creates vibrant, layered mixed-media works that celebrate the richness of Indian artistic traditions while embracing contemporary expression. Her practice incorporates acrylic, metallic paints, mirrors, and found materials to create intricate compositions that reveal new details with every viewing. Inspired by Hindu spirituality, divine feminine energy, and the beauty of everyday life, Disha invites viewers to look beyond the surface and discover deeper connections between art, identity, and the world around us.

Lakshmanan Venkatesan

Lakshmanan Venkatesan is a Vancouver-based artist with roots in southern India and a background in animation from Sheridan College. His artistic practice explores the beauty of nature through watercolour and mixed media, blending soft edges, delicate textures, and atmospheric compositions. Drawn to the subtle interplay of colour, light, and movement, Lakshmanan creates contemplative works that invite viewers to pause, observe, and find beauty in the quiet moments of the world around them.
